Current Opportunities



  • Representing the business with a positive and friendly attitude and professional appearance as the first point of contact; attend and maintain our reception area, meeting and greeting clients; attending the main switchboard, screening and distributing calls and delivering messages; making tannoy announcements
  • Dealing with general administration duties as required which will include booking couriers and handling all incoming and outgoing mail/parcels; ordering stationary supplies; maintaining staff activity/holiday and other administrative records; dealing with enquiries, providing customer support and helping with marketing and social media activities


  • Excellent telephone manner and professional appearance and personable person
  • Good general standard of education including computer and keyboard skills; good organisational skills and able to react quickly to changing deadlines
  • good level of common sense and enthusiasm

Due to the village location, own transport is preferred but not essential

  • Part or Full time would be considered
